From $1,200/month for homes up to 3,500 sq. ft.
Our core relationship is recurring stewardship with a weekly visit plan, clear reporting and continuing property knowledge. We agree the residence, access, priorities and support before the first visit.
Larger or more complex estates are individually quoted based on the property, systems, and level of stewardship required.
Homes up to 3,500 sq. ft. may also require a higher fee where their systems, features, grounds, or stewardship needs add material complexity.
Casitas, pools and spas, extensive grounds, RV garages, solar, multiple HVAC or smart-home systems, irrigation, and additional visit or coordination needs all help shape the scope.
Final scope and pricing are confirmed after consultation and property review. This starting price is a guide for planning your care, not an automatic quote.
Membership and onboarding are set out in a written proposal. Concierge work, additional appointments and independent vendor costs are made clear in advance.
