What is an Estate Steward?
Your knowledgeable local presence: making scheduled visits, documenting visible conditions, keeping property knowledge current and coordinating authorised next steps.
How is this different from home watch?
A visual visit is one part of the service. Stewardship adds continuity: the same accountable person, a developing Estate Passport and context for reports, arrangements and follow-up.
How frequently will you visit?
The core recurring relationship is built around a weekly visit plan. Additional appointments and preparation are agreed separately.
What does membership cost?
The residence, scope and onboarding are set out in a written proposal. Contact Benjamin for a consultation; independent vendor costs and additional support are explained before work proceeds.
Can you work with the vendors I already use?
Yes. We can coordinate authorised access and communication with your existing providers. They remain responsible for their professional work.
Can you prepare the residence for our arrival?
Yes, by arrangement. We agree the priorities, timing and any applicable charges. Dedicated arrival and departure appointments are scheduled separately from routine visits.
Will I receive a report?
Yes. Stewardship Reports record the visit, observations and follow-up. Relevant property knowledge is carried forward in the Estate Passport.
Are visits a technical inspection or security service?
No. They are visual, non-invasive observations of accessible areas within the agreed scope. They do not replace a specialist inspection, security monitoring or emergency services.
Do you manage vacation rentals?
Havasu Estate focuses on private second-home stewardship. Havasu Estate does not offer guest bookings, rental marketing or rental turnover management.

Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We confirm the location and suitability of each residence during the consultation.
